OK! I've got it! It's the room she awoke in (just a different view or a view of the other side), and yet, besides the objects being anachronistic, week-to-week a window seems to be missing except in reflection and the proportions seem all askew. Is there a reason or is that just artist license?
*sob* We're seeing the room from the point of view of the bookcase, and the window is just out of view to the right. I wouldn't call it artistic license as much as mediocre draftsmanship.
I wouldn't cry my dear. Call it what you will but I see it as artistic license deleting the unneeded and focusing on something different. However, the window would have been handy to help ground the reader's/viewer's reference point—then the proportional skewness would not have been so noticeable. But then again you would never guess a reader/viewer would be as OCD Picky as me—LOL!

Nope, it's not Myrddyn's room, and yes, they are anachronistic.

I figure I can always pull a George Lucas and go back to clean things up after they've been published.
I'm learning as I'm going, and I've really gained a deeper respect for cartoonists.
